STEP 4Repay and collectPay at any till, submit the code in your account and collect your item once it is verified.

- An active Kenyan phone number
- A PANCOM account with two-step sign-in

- You own it and can show it is yours
- It powers on and works as it should
- The serial number or IMEI matches the item
- Not stolen, blacklisted or still on a payment plan
- Signed out of iCloud, Google or Samsung accounts
Bring to the branch
- Your original ID
- The item with its charger and accessories
- The box or purchase receipt, if you have it
- Passcodes or unlock method for the valuation
